Last of the Summer
Yoga Retreat Day
Eden Valley, Cumbria
13th September 10:30am-6pm (Option to Camp Over)
✨ Early Booking Offer: £88 before July 31st | £110 thereafter
After the joy and connection of our last retreat, we’re opening the space once more - an invitation to extend the magic before summer fades.
As the vibrant yang energy of the season begins to soften, we invite you to slow down and gently return to yourself. This is a time to pause, reflect on the year so far, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
Set in the wild beauty of the Eden Valley, this weekend retreat offers space to rest, restore, and move in harmony with the natural world. Through nourishing movement, lovingly prepared food, and the presence of like-minded souls, our intention is to nurture you - inside and out - while having a giggle along the way.
Together, we’ll share moments of stillness and movement, connection and solitude, reflection and joy. Held in a warm and supportive space, you’ll be guided back to a deeper sense of belonging.
Let this be a soft landing as summer turns toward autumn - a time to come home to yourself.

This was a really beautiful experience. Extremely well thought out programme and well organised. Beautiful homemade food that supported our yoga/ meditation experience. I met some lovely people. Fiona and Anna were just super hosts, so attentive and created very safe space to share whatever one wanted to share. Really relaxed atmosphere. This was my first retreat and definately not a last one! Thank you lovely people!

Meet your host
Hello, I’m Fi, and I’m so grateful to invite you to this special weekend. Having grown up in Cumbria, this land holds a special place in my heart, and it’s a joy to share its beauty with you.
I believe in creating spaces where we can slow down, reconnect, and simply be—where the body feels nourished, the mind can soften, and the heart feels at home.
Yoga has been part of my life for 13 years, and I’ve been sharing a gentle blend of vinyasa and yin for over five. Along the way, I also discovered the magic of ceremonial cacao and became a certified facilitator three years ago. These practices continue to teach me, and I feel honoured to share them in a way that feels natural and supportive.
I look forward to sharing this time together and supporting your journey.
May our hearts be open.
