Yin & Sound

Join us for a candle lit, cosy evening of yin yoga and sound therapy for deep relaxation and restoration.


Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga focusing on the Chinese medicine 5 elements designed to release tension, create alignment while restoring balance and harmony to your physical, mental, emotional and energetic body. We will be working with the metal element represented by Autumn, to honour the final few weeks of releasing before we transition into Winter.

Once we have moved into our bodies, released any stagnant energy, we will wrap ourselves up in our cosy cocoons while Rose takes us on a sound journey. Sound therapy or healing is a form of meditation using bowls, gongs, drums and percussion to facilitate deep relaxation, sending you into a dream-like state.

Option to join for tea at the end if you wish or drift home for a deep restful nights sleep.
